I have a FitBit Charge 2 and a Samsung Galaxy S4, Model SGH-1337. EVERY time I access the individual Adventures, i.e., Yosemite Park or NYC, I get the following message whenever I click on anything "Unfortunately, FitBit has stopped". This is ridiculous! I've been on Live Chat and the rep had me uninstall / reinstall the app, re-set the tracker, re-boot my phone and still I get the message. I am a first time FitBit Charge 2 user and I am getting so frustrated I just want to scream! These FitBits aren't cheap and the least FitBit should do, is make absolute positive certain their products / apps are 100% compatible with phone before selling them. I hope they fix it soon.

Hello @SunsetRunner while i have read about this happening, on the Galaxy S5 (marshmallow) ive never experienced it. What version OS are you running? This is probably where the cause is.
Fitbit has never sold its software, so if you did have to pay for it i would remove it and download it from the play store.
I have moved your app related guestion to the app forum, since it is not a question about the tracker.
