My daughter gave me her old Charge HR as she got a new one. It was working fine for about 2 weeks and then it wouldn't sync with my Samsung Galaxy S6. Turning bluetooth on and off and the phone off and on and did nothing so I tried to un-pair and re-pair the tracker Now my phone will not find my tracker. What do I do?

Hello there @KJKirschenmann! Thanks for joining the Community.
Based on what you're saying, I think that perhaps the Bluetooth connection between the tracker and your S6 was corrupted in some way. This is very easy to fix, however. Please follow these instructions:
1. Access the Bluetooth settings on your Samsung.
2. Look for your Charge HR on the paired devices list, delete it from that list.
3. Try to run the setup once again as you have. It should work now.
