Unreliable syncing with S5

Works sometimes, other times just sits trying to sync indefinitely.

 

Yes I've reinstalled app. Yes Ive reset tracker. Cleared data, set up as new device you name it, none of it sticks.

 

Works 100% syncing on PC with a bluetooth dongle at home, syncing with mobile device at work is flaky.

 

Begs the question, do you have any Android developers that actually have a clue how to make a decent app? This forum is filled with people having the exact same issue.

@Jack_Yaz Thanks for taking the time to try some of the steps for troubleshooting here. I suggest trying out the rest of the tips and letting me know if you get stuck at any specific step. Hope that helps out.
