My Luke has been crazy slow the last three days! Takes forever to calculate sleep and step results - it usually does that in less than a minute or even automatically- what is going on?

Agree with you and 100% true.
Fitbit company sold a lot tracker. They made good money. When Covid started the companies made excuses for employees reduced their staff or work from home brought all these problems and issues.
I hope fitbit think about their costumers.

@dolsonsing Welcome to the forums. @Ezat Nice to see you again here in the forums. I will gladly help you regarding the Fitbit app. Which smartphone do you have? When did this all start? Does it happen every time?
Please make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date. Open the Google Playstore and look for Fitbit. The Playstore will show if there is an update available. If it is updated, please try deleting the app and installing it again. Data will not be lost, you will just have to log back into your account, so that the app shows your account information again.
