There are major issues with the latest update. My fitbit has gone from black screen to white circle with red x, missing blinking greeen lights on back, having one steady green light on back in center, to missing Bluetooth. I've updated apps & firmware as well as performed the 3 button reset countless times. I've spent 3 days updating and changing faces. I tried chat support and lost the rep as soon as I started to follow his instructions.
What a mess. If I didnt like my fitbit, I would have given up already. 😞

I'm having the same issues with mine. It's also showing 99% charged & 5 minutes later it's down to 1%. So frustrating!!
