How do I change back to a previous version of the app. My phone has automatically updated to a new version which looks awful and because it has a white background it is very difficult to read. It also has some extremely small charts which are simply useless as they don't show anything legible

Hi @AMWinter  once you've gotten the new version, you can't go back. The only way to prevent updating in the future is to put Google Play on manual approval for any app.

You can go back without problems using Aptoide. It is a third party app that let you uninstall and roll back to a previous version various apps, it works fine for Fitbit. Once you go back, then you can put Google Play on manual approval to update an app and here you go.
