Well , I got my blaze 2 days ago and today I was setting it up.
Downloaded fitbit android app and created an account, got 4 digit code on my blaze screen , entered it in app and app asked me to update the firmware.
I proceeded and it won't update. Tried 100 times still it won't update. I get update failed error in app and a big red exclamatory mark on my blaze.
I was unable to see anything more than fitbit.com/setup thing on my blaze.
Have attached some photos of blaze and app.

Ps: My device has full battery , my Bluetooth is good , have excellent internet connection.
I also tried to update by restarting my phone as well as restarting blaze , still no fruit.

I know you have tries restarting your fitbit but it may be worth trying this a few more times as the procedure is known to not always work.
