I bought a used Flex today. I am having difficulties syncing it to my Samsung Galaxy S7.
For some reason I can not get it to pick up on the fitbit app. Any suggestion?

This might be because the model of your phone is not officially compatible with our App, you can check all compatible devices on this page.
And remember that you can always sync using a computer too!
