Hi there! Is anyone having issues with Versa that doesn't want to fully sync with a Huawei mate 10 (on the fitbit app) it syncs steps etc, but not excersise or sleep. So so frustrated with Fitbit, it's been nothing but drama since I got my fitbit versa a few months ago!

but it's not recording the exercise and the sleep stats. I think this is
an app issue, where there is a sync error bug on the app on the Huawei Mate
10 phones (I'm assuming).
Can Fitbit please test everything on the app side on the Huawei Mate 10
series please? Huawei is a well known phone make (not some obscure model),
so please can they test, as my exercise points ties in with my medical aid
reward program, and from the 1st of Jan, I need my exercise to gain points
on the platform.

@Marabaluva A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't properly syncing with your phone. How are you recording your exercise? Also regarding sleep your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time.
