Any word on an update to include the Mate SE on the list of tested, compatible devices? I just had a chat with support and they could not give me an answer. I purchased a Versa 2 at Sams Club last week and have a 90 day return policy. I really like the tracker otherwise, but I’m not going to pay $$ for something when it doesn’t do all the necessary functions connected to a phone like syncing and notifications. And getting a new phone is not an option.

Currently we don't have further details about when the Huawei Mate SE phone will be part of the compatibility devices list. I understand how this is affecting you and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Your feedback will be passed along to our team so they can continue working hard to add more devices to that list after ensuring that the Fitbit app and all its functions will work flawlessly.
