A few months ago I used the month free trial offer (week, month, whatever was offered) but didn't use the service much. My own fault for not really trying the features. I bought a versa 2 special edition and it's supposed to have 3 months of premium included but when I try to activate it, the store says I've used my trial period and I have to pay.
Do I just not get it because I used another trial offer at some point before buying the Versa 2? Should I have abandoned my current account for a new one instead?
