My Versa 2 Stopped syncing yesterday. Kept saying No Device Found in the app. My phone is less than a year old, it's up to date, the app is updated, location services on, restarted phone, restarted Fitbit, fully charged, deleted device from app, forgot device in Bluetooth settings...I have tried everything in the troubleshooting guide from Fitbit, watched YouTube videos and now my Versa 2 can't even be found to establish a Bluetooth connection. Where do I go from here?!?
My son and I are in the midst of a walking challenge and I use my Fitbit to track our miles 😓
