Versa 2 cardio fitbit score

Since the latest fitbit update (about a week ago) the cardio fitness score has disappeared. The heart rate graphs are still there, but prior to the update I could see how fit I am for a woman of my age, vo2 max etc. Now I can only see heart rate zone graphs. 

Has it been removed?

Hello @Mumoftwins and welcome to the Help forums.  You are describing a Fitbit app issue, not a device issue.  What type of phone do you have and what version of the app do you have?  You can find your app version by tapping your profile picture > scroll down to Help and tap on that.

I have an iPhone, app v 3.29, and my screens work fine.  But you are the second user that I have seen with this complaint.  Knowing the version of the app will help Fitbit.

Hi there,

The app was working fine until the new "heart rate zone" update was sent
out. It was then that the app changed. I am still using the same phone (
Samsung note 9) which has not had any updates.


Any ideas.

@Mumoftwins  I am moving this thread to the Android app forum.  You might get more help there.  Also, when others post about the same problem, it gets Fitbits attention faster.
