Versa 2 heart rate not registering

Today my versa 2 did not sinc so I restarted my and it was fine. But now my heart rate is not picking up. Again I restarted my phone, had a shower and cleaned the back of the Fitbit and still nothing!

Let me help you with your Versa 2 heart rate reading and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you restart your Versa 2. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
