My fitbit app paired perfectly before my auto update on my LG phone. Now it absolutely will not pair! This is frustrating! Is anyone else having pairing problems?

I'm having issues also. I've only had the watch 4 days. Today I can't get it to sync up. It won't stay connected to my WI fi. I have to keep rebooting my phone for it to work. And it keeps telling me it can find the device. It's on the wrist of the hand holding the phone

I am having the same problem but on a Samsung Galaxy S7.  It will sync thru my WiFi but not through bluetooth.  So far I have been able to get to sync to my phone twice and when the two are out of range the bluetooth connection no longer pairs.  The first two times I got it sync, it took me about twenty tries.  I am thing of taking the watch back to the store and getting something else as the heart beats recorded by the unit can be way off.  It is better two finger widths away from the wrist bone, but the watch won't stay in that position.  Never had this problem with my Samsung Gear Fit 2.  It was a lot more accurate and you didn't have to have it so far up your arm.
