im buy fitbit versa 2 and i have sansung galax 10!! set up fitbit app but my fitbit NOT Pair whit my Sansung s10....my fone see versa 2 in bluetooth but clic in versa2 but not working!! someone helpe me step by step pleaseeeee.....

Please make sure that your phones have the most recent Android system installed. Also, let me know if you guys receive any error message when trying to sync or pair your watches. If possible, provide a screenshot of the error message. You can learn how to add images to your posts by following the steps listed in this post.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa 2 and I've confirmed that your Samsung Galaxy S10 is a compatible device, so let's work on this together. Before anything else, please make sure to have the location services enabled, as well to allow the Fitbit app to run on the background. Then, please give a try to the following steps:

I bought my versa 2 today and cannot get it to receive text message notifications or email notifications from my Galaxy S10. I tried all the suggested ways to try and make it work. I've uninstalled the app, removed all my paired BT devices, I factory reset my Versa. Nothing is working. When I look at the BT setting on my S10, Versa 2 shows up but will not connect. Any other suggestions? Otherwise I am returning.

While checking your details, I've been informed by our Support team that you've a case created with them. Apparently they were providing you with assistance over the phone and sent you an email with more details. I'd recommend to continue working with them so you can receive more details about your case.

I just received my Versa 2. It does everything it is supposed to, except receive text messages and track my sleep. I have done all.of the trouble shooting possible. Please help. I would be sad to return it.

Since they have access to your watch's details I'd recommend to keep an open communication with them, that way you'll receive further assistance.

I tried what you said to do and nothing is happening. It is not connecting to my Samsung S10. I can not get it to pair on the bluetooth anymore. What do I need to do to fix this issue before i return it and get my money back.

Hate to tell you all this but I've been dealing with the same issue since March 30th and keep being told that it's because of an update done on 4/13. Which makes no sense since it's been since march 30th that it hasn't been working. Was told it would be fixed sunday but I think I'm getting the run around. Super disappointed with customer service. I've loved my fitbits but after this if nothing is solved I will have to stop getting products. I will be placing one more call tomorrow if its not fixed and if the solution is not sending me a new one that will be it for me.

I've followed all the instructions and my phone will not sync to my Fitbit versa 2. Also my watch no longer tracks steps, only calories and does not track sleep. I tried choosing steps and sleep but It says Only available for fitbit devices?

I'm at my wits end trying to setup my new versa 2.
I followed these steps and got to the enter 4 digit pin part which us furthest I have gotten but then it just keeps saying this is taking longer than usual, please be patient.
So frustrating ! Have had the fitbit for 2 weeks now and have been unable to use it.
Pls help.

Hi was wondering if you got this solved, I have today received a new fitbit versa 2 as a birthday gift but am also having the same issues as yourself with regards to setting up with my phone Samsung s10 plus, i previously had the fitbit charge 3 which over the last few weeks has stopped syncing with my phone and also was not recording active minutes. I have uninstalled/reinstalled fitbit app, turned bluetooth off, cleared all bluetooth devices and cleared the fitbit cache also....a lot of money to spend and you cant get it work properly
