I have a versa and have been dealing with syncing issues since March 30th. I gave up trying to fix it because after doing a chat and calling twice the problem is still not fixed. After reading tons and tons of reviews it seems this a problem across the board. I first told it was my phone but I used on apple products as well and nope won't work. My.versa also will now only sync if it's on the charger. Unfortunately I am going to have to shop around for something else because this is a load of crap. With how much fitbit makes you would think they could fix a quality product. On top of that most people who are getting replacements are getting refurbished ones that won't hold a charge. Im very disappointed with my product. Worked fine until the 9 month mark. I never had these issues with my charge 2.

i have also found that since i upgraded from s8+ to s10+, my text messages no longer show on my watch.  Also phone calls do not show who is called, just that i have a phone call?

Nice to see you here, @lss716.

Thanks for the details about your notifications. You must allow the Fitbit app to have access to your contacts if you want to see on your watch who's calling. To do so, go to your phone's Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions. Regarding the text notifications, you can try the troubleshooting steps from this help article.

Hope this helps.

There are no "troubleshooting steps" linked.  It takes you to the quicklinks page & help forums for us to continue to dig ourselves to try to figure out yet ANOTHER problem with fitbit & Android! I have the latest updates on my galaxy s10+ and latest fitbit version. My phone's bluetooth will not find this fitbit device. I've restarted the versa 2 & phone. I unpaired the versa 2 and have been attempting to add it back to my bluetooth connection for now 2 days. I DO NOT want to do a factory reset. My spouse JUST had a similar issue a few months ago. The only solution we discovered on our own was a factory reset of the versa 2, removing & re-installing the app, unpairing & repairing versa 2 via bluetooth.  COMBINED those things have temporarily helped. I'm actually looking for a solution that DOES NOT involve doing all of that. Not a link to help forums that force me to scroll through  a bunch of known issues without resolution.
