Hello people I bought a versa 2.. I have a Sony Xperia L1. It is running Android 7.0..i have updated Fitbit app..but everytime I click on the versa 2 picture to pair to Fitbit app, it just goes back to my settings page.. anybody any advice please? Many thanks David

I am also having this issue with the Versa 2 but I have a Samsung S7. Both phone software and app are up to date.

 

Started with the app crashing and device not syncing so I reset Fitbit, restarted app, turned on and off bluetooth like all the sites say to and now neither my phone or the app can find my Versa 3 via bluetooth.

Its annoying isn't it? I don't know if it's myself doing something wrong or
is it just Fitbit?

It is highly frustrating, I have only had the device less than 1 month. Just attempting to reinstall the app but have a feeling I am just wasting my time. It started last night while I was using my phone, a pop up kept appearing saying FitBit stopped working and it hasn't synced since.
