About a week ago my watch stopped tracking my sleep score and only showed it like a nap. I read the why it would do that, I fully charged it as it said it might be because the battery was low, I’ve moved the watch up my wrist as it said the watch might be too low. It’s also not tracking my pulse either, I’ve had a rummage round on the watch and app and can’t find anything I’ve done?
how can I fix this. Thanks

Hi @Cowhoover118 it sounds like your sleep showed up as simple sleep.
For Sleep stages there needs to be 3 hours of sleep and a consistent heart rate.
Is your heart rate enabled?
Now open a sleep period in question. Look below your sleep chart their should be an explanation for why your seeing simple sleep.

It seems to be my heart rate it was on but it hasn’t tracked my heart rate now in over a week. How do I check if it’s on or not

I'm having the same issue with my Charge 3: sometimes it tracks my sleep, but most of the time it doesn't. It's especially frustrating because I had been sleeping horribly the past few nights before last and I was hoping to get a general idea of what was up.

My versa is doing the same thing. It just stopped working Fri and I didn't notice it til Saturday morning. I've been trying since then to figure out the problem but no luck...

Go to the settings on your tracker, tap settings, find heart rate. Is it on?
