Versa 2 setup

I go to set up new device and select versa 2. Then click on bottom of screen to set up versa 2 and gitbit takes me back to previous screen. My watch says data not cleared sync and try again which I do then try to set up again. I get the same results....

Are you trying to set it up for the first time? Could you uninstall the app, reboot the phone and then reinstall before trying again please?

I already have a blaze watch set up so I go to setup new device and select versa 2 then go to bottom of pg and click setup and fitbit takes me to previous page. How do I reboot my vera watch? Its screen still shows data not cleared sync and try again.
