I have a versa 2 since 2020. It had worked very well until just a few days ago that it stopped syncing. First I tried with the cell phone's (new Motorola android) Bluetooth in case that was the problem but everything seems to be fine with that. I started to get a massage saying "Fitbit.com It is out of service for maintenance".
Then I tried connecting the watch to a newly laptop (windows 10) and to another cellphone and the same.
I set the clock as it came from the factory, and now i can't even see the measurement monitors, nothing. It asks me to be synchronized with the app but the app keeps getting the same message "Fitbit.com It is out of service for maintenance".

Hi there, @Ari.Lamat. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.
As a first approach, please make sure that your Motorola meets the requirements listed here.
If your phone does meet the requirements, please try the steps below:
1. Remove the Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 2.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 2.
