Hi

Notifications come to my Versa but I only know by checking it, it does not vibrate.

I have it turned on, when I set my alarm it vibrates although very faintly.

Any suggestions?

Hello @KathyLMay

Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out regarding your Versa not vibrating when you receive notifications. Thanks for explaining. I will gladly help you with that.

Please make sure that either "Sleep Mode" or "Do Not Disturb" is not activated. These you can manage over the shortcuts on your device. Swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access quick settings.

This is the sleep mode description on the product manual:

____________________________________________

When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule.

Both modes (Slep, DND) will silence your notifications. Hope this helps. If not, I recommend you to take a look at this article:
