Hi, it's 2 weeks now that notifications does not sync to my versa 3.
It's not the first time that this happens, I need help with this issue..

I see where your disappointment is coming from. I'd like you to make sure you have followed this troubleshooting. May I know if any update was installed either on your phone or the Fitbit app?

I had to do a factory reset on my fitbit, it worked for a day and now it's not working again 🤦🏻:female_sign:

@Cwaterman Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. Take into consideration that a factory reset should only be performed if our Support team or a Moderator instructs them, as this will delete all the data stored on your Fitbit.
I'd like you to make sure that this syncing troubleshooting was performed.

I was advise by technical support to do a factory reset on my watch...now I'm in the same boat I was before doing the reset.
