Versa 3 won't reconnect to phone

My Versa 3 has disconnected from my phone and i cannot work out why or how to reconnect it. Please help. Thank you.

Hi, @JulesAnt welcome to the community, more information would be helpful. The make & model of your mobile phone & its O/S. Check your phone's Bluetooth is on. Absent more information I would suggest you Delete the App from the phone & reset your device (if you can sync do so before these steps) then restart it all.

  1. Sync your device if you can.
  2. On the Fitbit app on your phone, clear the cache & delete the app.
  3. Factory reset your device.
  4. Follow this Video and set it all up again.
