I am not receiving any notifications to my watch. I have followed all steps and tutorials but there is no option to toggle WhatsApp, calls or text messages. Frustrated as I have literally just bought it
If you haven't already turn iff "data saver". I had the same problem with my Versa 2 an I had done eveything and followed all the directions and still was not receiving any notifications....then I turned data saver off and presto!
Havent got my data saver on. Im hoping it sorts itself out ... i mean it does everything else and you cant actually answer the calls. But stilI alot of money for all the features not to work
I also had to go into my Google settings and allow them to send me notifications. I didn't mention it earlier because I had just gotten a new phone (S23FE) and felt it was that but after I still was not receiving notifications I googled what to do if my fitbit is not receiving notifications and found that data saver had to be off. Don't know if checking your google settings would apply to you but I have found that some of the updates play with the on and off toggles. Good luck.
