I received the watch as a gift and it worked fine for awhile but stopped working and is locked for 8 months now in spite of trying Factory reset, contacting support with no answer, where do I go from here?

Support informed me that you should have received an answer. If you don't see the message in your inbox, try looking in the spam/Junk folder.
