Versa 4 purchased 5 wks ago. Was able to sync/pair to fitbit app. Now 5wks later will not sync hourly Steps, will sync only first 2 hrs out of 12hrs

Have you checked your Active Hour Goal Settings? Look under your daily activity settings

Tried that and it sync the 1st 2 hrs only
