Do steps sync to challenge when using GPS I've got them all but not on challenge they're 10000 short it won't sync for them

Hi @Fragrant12. Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

It's good to see you here and let me help you with your steps not syncing to your challenge. Since you mentioned to have synced GPS data, do you refer to the connected GPS function on the Versa? I'm asking this as GPS data recorded with MobileRun using your app won't count towards your challenge. If you didn't use MobileRun, please make sure of the following:

 

  1. You haven't manually logged activities in the Fitbit app.
  2. All-day sync is enabled in the Fitbit app.
  3. The Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  4. All challenge participants are not in the same time zone. 

 

I also recommend waiting around 15 minutes after syncing your Fitbit data to see if your challenge updates.
