The Hourly Activity screen will not load when I click it on the Fitbit mobile dashboard. I am using the Versa with a Samsung Note20 Ultra 5G. This problem started between August 29-30, 2021. Uninstalling and reinstalling hasn't helped, nor has clearing cache or data from the app. Is there another fix I haven't tried? Thanks for any help!

Thank you for trying to resolve the issue with the Fitbit app before contacting us.
I would recommend trying the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Reboot your cellphone
- Log back in
In addition, you can remove the Hourly Activity tile and add it back. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I add, remove, or rearrange tiles on my Fitbit app dashboard?".
