Versa Lite won't sync consistently with Galaxy S8

I've had intermittent syncing issues for about 2 weeks now.  Gone through all of the troubleshooting steps short of doing a complete factory reset.  Now I'm just lost on what to do.  It would go between No Device Found and just not sync at all.  I've done the Forget Device multiple times and that seems to work for a little while.  Now I can't even connect the device at all!  I have no clue what's going on and I'm super frustrated.  I've had my Fitbit since July, this shouldn't be happening!

Nobody has reached out. My watch is now reading 12+ hours behind, and will not re-pair with my phone. I don't have time to call your support line. This is VERY frustrating.
