Versa Lite wont connect to Spotify app

when i try to download it, it says to ensure my fitbit and phone are both up to date and they both are up to date

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? If you haven't already done so I recommend you to check if the firmware update of your Versa Lite is up to date following the steps that are specified on this help article. Then, please try a restart process and check the information that's specified on: How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit watch?.
