Versa Not Syncing since update

My Versa went through an update yesterday and now my fit bit has syncing issues. I also do not get my time to move reminders. I have gone through all the steps. Phone restart, Bluetooth disconnect and reconnect, force stop app and restart, everything I have read to try. Android 8.0, Note 8.

Thanks for letting us know what steps you have tried to get your Versa to sync.

 

This is happening because the Note 8 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

 

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing. While you have already tried several of the steps mentioned in there, please try all of the steps listed in the article.

 

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
