My Versa is not syncing with the android app (OnePlus 6) when the phone is connected to WiFi. The problem this causes is that I no longer receive any notifications, but this was a large part in why I bought a smart/fitness watch. Once I turn WiFi off, it immediately syncs, and when I turn it back on it will never sync again. The message it says is "Your sync has been scheduled and will start soon." but this is not the case.
I tried restarting all the devices, and unpairing and repairing the Versa's Bluetooth, but that did not solve the problem. One solution would be to turn off WiFi indefinitely so that the Versa will work... but that's not really an option.
edit: After restarting a few more times I am now receiving notifications which is great, but still the same error message for the syncing. The Versa still won't sync data when WiFi is on

@ecf684, unfortunately some phones use the same antenna for WiFi and Bluetooth, which causes conflict when trying to use both - if the phone is trying to use WiFi to connect to the Fitbit Server, and Bluetooth at the same time to connect to the Versa, they may conflict and not be able to successfully connect. This may be the problem you are experiencing.
