Hi guys my wife bought me a versa 2 weeks ago brilliant watch.....however battery lasting only 13 hours on box states up too 4 days I've got the watch running on lowest setting so no notifications got fitbit face etc any ideas.....

Use a Fitbit clock face (at least torule out a battery draining clock face) and be sure your screen is not set to always on.

I already have that set up I changed it all when I started to notice battery goin low I emailed fitbit twice but no response yet.....

As for the situation, if you have already sent an email to the support team, I'd say that the best option is to wait for them to respond.
Having said that, perhaps you could try the details mentioned on this help article about getting the battery to last longer.
