Hello,
Since i have change my phone for a Xiaomi redmi 7, my Fitbit versa has some difficult to synchronise with my phone. I need to do it myself with the app.
Someone Can help me ?

Thanks for the information provided, and I'm sorry that your Versa isn't automatically syncing. Let's work on this together. Before anything else, Xiaomi Redmi 7 isn't a fully supported device with the Fitbit app, and this will affect prevent the functionality of some features, including syncing. While there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, you can try the following steps:
- Remove the Versa from the Bluetooth settings.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
- On your phone's settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
- Go back to the previous screen and tap on force stop.
- Reboot your phone and restart your Versa.
- On the Fitbit app, tap on the Account icon > Versa.
- Turn off and on the options "All day sync" and "All connected".
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
