At this point my Fitbit versa is an over priced watch that can track but, not record any data. I've had bluetooth connection issues several times now. I'm tired of doing the same reset and connection troubleshooting every other day. I'll keep using it as a watch but I am never buying any of Fitbit products and will always discourage others from buying them.

The problem with your reply and suggestions is that you and others with "Solutions" ignore what the problem actually is. We all go through the various steps, and it will be OK for days, hours or minutes, but sooner (or occasionally later) it will fail again, and again, and again. Like other correspondents, I will not recommend this device, I will not purchase anything else Fitbit related when this wears out, and I am about to give a 2 star review to the Versa

My wife andI have had our Versas for about one year. I have used them in our pool and other vigorous events. We have no issues with our watches, including connectivity and enjoy them on a daily basis. If anyone needs my assistance, I will be glad to assist anyone who needs it, J53718@gmail.com...

The best thing I can say about my Versa is that it was a thoughtful gift from my son. Other than that it's a piece of poo and I’ll NEVER buy another Fitbit device.......EVER!

I am in complete agreement - every other day I have to re sync or delete the app and install again. Just fed up!!!!!

Tried them all - it is not even finding the versa now. I question whether the blue tooth is working at all. And right in the middle of a health challenge where I need to track my steps every day. Really not happy
