The last 3 days my Versa light has been on the fritz -it randomly restarts itself, the touch screen mostly won't work or the watch looks like its dead (black screen) even though its fully charged. I have done a soft reset 2 to 3 dozen times and it rarely works. Today it took until 530 PM to get the touch screen to respond and then it only did so for 1 swipe. I'm so frustrated, as half the time it isn't even functioning as a watch let alone a smart watch since its "off" or has gone totally dark. Any advice for next steps?
Best AnswerI have been using Fitbit for 4 years. I know what should be registering with my treadmill.versa lite is about 2000 steps off, HR keeps resetting from 59 to120, calories off about 2-300, miles show 5 when I do 8. I am very unhappy ☹️.
