The last 3 days my Versa light has been on the fritz -it randomly restarts itself, the touch screen mostly won't work or the watch looks like its dead (black screen) even though its fully charged. I have done a soft reset 2 to 3 dozen times and it rarely works. Today it took until 530 PM to get the touch screen to respond and then it only did so for 1 swipe. I'm so frustrated, as half the time it isn't even functioning as a watch let alone a smart watch since its "off" or has gone totally dark. Any advice for next steps?
Mine has been doing the same thing. It is draining my battery to the point that when it was functioning as a clock only, the battery wouldn't even last a full day.
I have been using Fitbit for 4 years. I know what should be registering with my treadmill.versa lite is about 2000 steps off, HR keeps resetting from 59 to120, calories off about 2-300, miles show 5 when I do 8. I am very unhappy ☹️.
