Versa no longer connecting to phone

My versa used to receive text messages and phone calls but now it doesn't. My phone is still the same, android. I restarted the versa and my phone. Turned all notifications off then on again. Unpaired and repaired the blue tooth and nothing has worked. It has been about 2 weeks now and I mess with it almost daily with no luck.

 

Suggestions?

Thanks for trying all of those steps to get the text notifications to work with your Versa again before posting in here.

 

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article. While some of them you have already tried, please try to go through all of them in order. That should definitely work.

 

In the meantime I'd like to ask what is the specific phone that you are using at the time and what Android versions it is running.

I'm having the same issue tried everything the site said to do and nothing work. What a bust of a buy!!!
