Versa not connecting during run

 I recently upgraded from a Charge 2 to a Versa. Since switching to the Versa, it constantly says, "connecting..." during my runs. This leads to my stats being well off! I have looked into my settings and location is on and allowed. I have a Galaxy 7. Very frustrated. Please help!

I'm having the same problem! Mine used to keep my distance on point and now it's like half a mile off.

Hi, @Flowergirl24, unfortunately "connected GPS" is not available on the Galaxy S7.  But don't worry -- that only means that you cannot automatically start your GPS run tracking from your Fitbit.  You can get exactly the same information using Mobile Run, which is supported.  You will need to start your run from inside the app instead of on your Versa.  Just open the app, choose the track exercise tile, choose the stop watch, select run, and go!

 

At the end of the run you will have distance, pace and map from your phone's Fitbit app, and the number of steps from your Versa.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
