My versa stopped getting notifications. I have Samsung s8. Anyone else having issues? I have a blaze with the same issue. Any suggestions. Uninstalled the tracker and the app and reinstalled and still nothing.

Hello @mclain74.
Thanks for bringing this up and for going through those steps.
I'd like to recommend that you try to following the steps in this help article, they should definitely help out. Some of the steps you may have already tried but please try to do them once again and complete all of the steps listed in there.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

It has not helped for my blaze and charge 2. I have have to follow these steps everyday for my versa. To be honest I am not happy. I am looking into other brands.

Hello @mclain74.
Thanks for trying those steps and letting me know they didn't work.
Are you syncing three Fitbits with your same account? If so, it could be that the app is trying to pair with them and thus that presents the issues.
Did you set notifications up with any of the Fitbits? If so, try to turn notifications off with all of them except one and then try those steps once more. That should help your Fitbits sync again.
Additionally, please try to run the setup process as if it was a brand new Fitbit.
Let me know if there are any further questions.
