Hi, for the last week or so my fit bit is not mapping my route correctly, after I check the walk on my phone it Is showing a straight line!
Really annoying me, I have the versa. It's only about 6 months old

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Becuase your Versa uses your mobile device's GPS chip to route your exercise with the connected-GPS feature, can you please let me know which phone are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please restart your Fitbit device and follow the next steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.

I have a Samsung Note 8 and followed your instructions which I glad to say
worked. My ride this morning mapped correctly.
