Versa not pairing with Andriod phone

I have the Versa and I had trouble syncing for the last few weeks. I unpaired and uninstalled the app on my phone. I reinstalled and attempted to repair this device and it's not working. I have had this less than 3 months and this is crazy! How can I get it fixed?

Actually I finally got through on the chat session with a person. I had my power save mode on and that was blocking my tracker. These are the steps they had me do.

1. Turn off power save mode

2. Turn off any other blue tooth connections

3. Force Fitbit app to stop

4. Restart my phone

5. While my phone was restarting, reset Fitbit

6. Open Fitbit app and start pairing process over

 

My Versa paired and sync right up.

Having same issue!  Not pairing and can't find tracker... same problems on all the other device forums!! Doesn't sound promising for an app fix anytime soon!

Thanks for info, tried your fix, ended up uninstalling and reinstall because it still wouldn't sync even though it was paired. Seems to working now. Really appreciate your help and quick response! Thanks again...
