I’m sorry to say, @Jess413 , that your phone is not on the list of supported devices.

Welcome to the Forums @Jess413. Hello @SunsetRunner.

Thanks for sharing that you tried to reset the Bluetooth.

As mentioned above, the LG G7 Thinq is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Welcome to the Forums @Srobe08.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for bringing this up and sharing your interest in the phone being added.

Maybe you could support this suggestion about adding the G7 to the list. You can comment and vote on the idea to show your support for it. Be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.

As for the Alta dying, perhaps I could help you with that. What do you mean? Is it not turning back on? Please share as many details about it as possible.

Let me know if there are any further questions.

Hello, I have a Asus ZenFone Plus. I have some issues with the syncing the information with my Fitbit  Versa. But always said that had a Bluethooth issue, again and again I did restart the Bluetooth, uninstall  and install the app again, and the issue continue. Yesterday was the last day I could sync my fitbit. I even tried to unpair  and pair again but now I can't  even pair it. So I don't  know what was the real problem.

Can you help me?

hello @Adrianmor75.

Thanks for trying those steps and sharing that your Fitbit won't pair.

As I mentioned above in this thread, this might be happening because at this moment there is not any Asus phone that is supported

Having said that, maybe you could try to follow the steps listed in this help article. Some users with phones that aren't supported have mentioned that they have worked.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
