Versa not syncing or showing notifications

My versa is not keeping up with steps, sleep anything on my phone and I'm not able to see text or phone calls as they come in, nor can I find them on my versa

Hi there @Pamela2, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community and I'm wondering how it goes the issues you were experiencing with your Versa?

 

In this case, I believe you are experiencing syncing issues. If the data is on your Versa and the issue still continues, please give it a try to this suggestions: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

 

For notifications, make sure are properly configured on your phone. If all is correct then is worth to try the following suggestions: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.

 

Make sure the app is running in the latest version and your phone is listed as compatible.
