My Versa has not synced since 9.26.2018 and will not sync. Is there an issue with the app?

Let me help you get your Versa to sync and understand what is going on.
The first thing I'd like to say is to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely help out in getting your Fitbit to sync.

Do you have access to another device? Maybe a computer or another phone that you could try to sync? That way you could get the steps synced and then you could try to remove the Fitbit from the account and then set it up again.
Additionally, if you have a rough estimate of how many steps you took each day you could also manually log the steps so that they show up for your records. Those steps wouldn't count for challenges of friends leaderboards but you would still have those steps and calories on your end.
