Last night my Huawei P20 Pro had a system update and now my Versa isn't syncing with my phone. I have followed every step to troubleshoot the problem (reset the tracker, restart the phone, turn bluetooth off and on again, uninstalled and reinstalled the app).
I don't know if it's due to the system update or whether the tracker is a bit off/intermittent.
This isn't the first time the tracker has done this to me but last time i managed to resolve it. I have had the tracker for less than a month! So does this seem like a tracker fault or something not connecting properly?
thanks
Lizzie

Welcome to the Forums @elscee
It could be because the P20 is not on the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully tested and optimized to work with those phones and thus issues like this may arise.
While the app can work as long as the phone meets the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that some issues will happen. Some users of phones not on that list have mentioned that going through these troubleshooting steps helped them, so it's definitely worth a try.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

That's not ideal.
Mine is still not working daily and it also doesn't sync on my laptop either despite having the app.... What a waste of money! 😕

Hello @elscee!
Did you try to setup notifications on your phone? That could be what is causing the Fitbit to not sync with a computer. Please try removing your Fitbit from your P20's Bluetooth settings and then syncing with your computer.
Speaking about that, what type of computer are you using? Is it Windows or Mac? If it is Windows, what version is it running?
Look forward to your reply.

Hello @Melis2fit.
Thanks for reaching back.
I think you are referring to a Wireless Sync Dongle. If that is the case, then you can purchase it directly from our webstore. Click here to see it.
Let me know if there is anything I can help you with.

Hey @Melis2fit.
If you have access to a tablet, another phone that is on the list, or a computer with Windows 10 you could also have it sync that way. Do you have access to any of those?
Look forward to your reply.
