My Fitbit versa is slow in response. The time is wrong (7 hours and 53 minutes) and seems to be getting slower in time. My Fitbit will not sync to my Samsung galaxy s6 phone. I have tried restarting it several times, turning Bluetooth and location off and on again, logging out of my Fitbit app and signing back in. I have also restarted my phone multiple times.

Welcome to the Forums @kgoldy.
Thank you very much for going through all of those steps before posting in here. Let me help you.
In this case I'd recommend that you try to follow all of the steps in this help article. While you might have already tried some of them, please try going through all of them in order. That should definitely help your Versa to sync once again.
Let me know if there is anything else that I can do for you.

Hello,
I have tried everything that I could on the list. I have factory reset my
Fitbit versa and removed it from my account. Now as I try and set it up,
the Bluetooth/ syncing is still not working.

Hello @kgoldy.
I'd like to ask some questions to better understand what could be happening:
- Do you have any other device paired to your account?
- When did this start happening?
In the meantime I'd recommend that you try go into the phone's Bluetooth settings and look for your Versa in there. Remove it from there and then try running the setup once again.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
