I'd reached out to @fitbitsupport on Twitter about this issue and was told they were working on it. I've already run through the instructionson the FAQ about what to do if the Fitbit won't sync.
A few days after reaching out through Twitter, my Versa started syncing so I thought it was fixed, but once again it won't sync. I saw there was a new version of the app for Android, so I uninstalled the previous version and installed the new one. It said it needed to link my tracker and just spun with no connection being made. Whenever I try to sync it says no device found.
This is really frustrating. Any ideas on something else I should be trying? I'm on a weight loss journey and I really need this working.

Hi @Marlingrl, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting with our Twitter support team, I totally understand how frustrating this syncing issue can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.
