Versa not syncing

What is going on with the versa?!

 

the blue tooth connectivity has never really worked when i'm out on a ride or run, and now when i sync it, the app doesn't show any of my exercise or recorded sleep.

 

I'm really not impressed with this watch. going to try and get a refund and move to another fitness tracker

Hi @bg362, you're very welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa stopped syncing.

 

You can try removing the watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings with all devices listed there too. Restart your phone and your watch. Now add the tracker to the Bluetooth list and reopen the app to start a sync.

 

If those steps don't help, I would like to know what phone are you using to try to synchronize. This to check the compatibility with the Fitbit app, if you want to see for yourself you can go to this page. In the meantime I recommend you to check all the requirements listed in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Thanks for your reply and suggestions, but I took my Fitbit back today and got a refund.

 

Id had enough of all the faults.
