I've searched but I do not see topics that are the same. I have a Versa and out of no where it stopped syncing. The time will not change. I wasnt getting messages or notifications. I have reset the Versa, checked for updates, deleted the app off of my phone, took the Versa off of my app and re synced them together and still nothing. I'm not sure what else I can do to get the versa to start syncing properly again.

I have the same issue with my versa not syncing, started losing time so reset worked for 1 day started losing time. Removed fitbit but cant re add again. So annoying and these watches r not cheap.

I have some of the similar issues ... but I'm not receiving the message notification unless I'm right up on my phone if I'm lucky... I can be about 20 ft from my phone and my text message will go off and I get nothing. Also my screen turns Red all the time??? This was before the update, but it has become much worse after the update. I have done the same thing as most ... checked for updates, reboot the fitbit, re-sync it .. I didnt have this issue with my charge 2 .. since I switched to Versa lite so many issues
